Enhancing Two-Photon Images for Anatomical Visualization using Super-Resolution

- Bachelor Senior Project. Denoising and enhancing a large dataset of two-photon microscopy images with an optimized algorithm that contains noise filters, deep learning based methods, an iterative super resolution method and image registration.
